Gemini Robotics ER 2 Streaming Preview now has a substantive pricing table in the new version:
- Input price: Free tier: free; Paid tier: $1.00 / 1M tokens through Dec 31, 2026, then $2.00 starting Jan 1, 2027
- Output price: Free tier: free; Paid tier: $5.00 / 1M tokens through Dec 31, 2026, then $10.00 starting Jan 1, 2027
- Grounding with Google Search: 5,000 free search requests/month shared across Gemini 3.x, then $14 per 1,000 requests
- Previously, this model had no pricing details listed.
Gemini 2.5 Computer Use Preview pricing was substantively changed:
- Old version showed two conflicting pricing tables, one with:
  - Free tier input/output: free
  - Paid tier input: $1.00 / 1M through Dec 31, 2026, then $2.00 starting Jan 1, 2027
  - Paid tier output: $5.00 / 1M through Dec 31, 2026, then $10.00 starting Jan 1, 2027
  - Google Search grounding: 5,000 free/month shared across Gemini 3.x, then $14 / 1,000 requests
- New version removes that table and leaves only:
  - Input: Not available on free tier; paid $1.25 / 1M for prompts ≤200k, $2.50 / 1M for prompts >200k
  - Output: Not available on free tier; paid $10.00 / 1M for prompts ≤200k, $15.00 / 1M for prompts >200k
- So the model’s listed billing rules changed from a time-based 2026/2027 schedule with free-tier availability and search-grounding charges to a prompt-length tiered pricing model with no free-tier pricing shown and no separate grounding line shown.
